Here is a great punch we had at our last St. Patrick’s Day party and it was a hit. I had to fill the punch bowl a couple of times they liked it so much!
2 (12 fluid oz) cans of frozen limeade concentrate
2 (12 fluid oz) cans of frozen lemonade concentrate
2 (2 litre) bottles lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage (Sprite, Sierra Mist)
1 (750ml) bottle of rum
2 quarts lime sherbet
In large punch bowl, combine limeade, lemonade and lemon-lime soda. Stir in rum (add more to taste if desired). Drop sherbet by large spoonfulls into punch.
